Reinitiated 50% longs at 4742NF with 4715 Day EMA as SL.
Diamond pattern update:
Close below 4715 yestersday's Day 5EMA or close below the today's developing day Ema at 4725 will reverse the ST trend to downwards as it will have breached the Month Lema also.
Intraday Update 11.30AM:
NS getting resisted at the 200 Hr MA again at today's high of 4774. Also a Diamond formation is formed in 5min NF charts with a significant -ve divergence in 5min Smacd charts. So for now the longs are terminated at 4770NF.
Further Longs at hour close above 4780 or at 4685-4700 ranges.
Bearish factor: Diamond formations perform better downward, a huge -ve divergence in 5min charts since yesterday and more chances of the MA's bearish crossover!!
ANALYSIS for JAN 5:
Nifty has closed above the Day Hema and Month Lema exhibiting Strength. Weakness would set in only on a Day close below DHEMA.
The SL for Longs is raised to close below 4750.
The Hour Moving averages are alligned bullishly and the 20 MA has crossed over the 50 and 100 MA's. This could lead a swift move when NS crosses the 200 MA - and the 20 MA would move near the 200 MA.
