Analysis for Nov 11

Intraday Update 1.15 PM:

The close of 12.00noon and 1.00PM are both above 5142. So initiated another intraday Long at 5160NS with SL close below 5140. Based on the movement it would be converted to positional Long if NS would close today above the weekly 5EMA of 5185.

Intraday update 11.30 AM:

5142 is the current Low. This becomes the 38.2% retr for the XA of 4728-5400 of the DAY TF and also as per EW  min of wave c = wave a = 5134. So a High risk long for intraday can be initiated if the low holds in this hour's close. The Hour indicators at OS might also favour the trade - though a reversal is not yet visible in charts. wait and watch to see the close of 12.00 noon

Intraday update 11.00AM

SL triggered. for longs.

The Longs were initiated with the anticipation that if NS doesnot move beloe 5160 then it is likely to form an impulse wave according to EW theory and also as per the Harmonic pattern 127% retr was reached.

Intraday Update 3.00 PM:

NS has almost reached 88.6% at 5225. Part booking can be done at 5240 NF.

Intraday Update 12.00 noon:

NF in a very small range within a triangle. Breakout of triangle to result in inv H&S.

Intraday Update 3.00PM:

NS has closed above 5280 at 3.00pm. so the shorts initiated yesterday i.e 50% of the shorts are cut now. Shorts which were initiated today are retained with  SL of 5360NF.

yesterday shorts initated at 5255NF. now terminated at 5310NF - Loss of 55 points.

Owing indecisiveness in closing in between the small range of 5257(week Hema) and 5300(Day HEMA) - as precaution a 5300Call option is bought at Rs.110 to hedge the shorts as Monday is a trading Holiday!!


Intraday Update 2.45 PM:

Today's developing
 week Pivot is 5277
Week Hema - 5257
Day Pivot - 5282
Day Hema - 5303

so, If NS closes above 5280 for the DAY then all shorts to be terminated. If it closes below 5257 then shorts would be retained.  will watch until 3.20PM.

Analysis for Nov 3

Intraday Update 10.AM:

The Longs are reversed to shorts as per trade table as the Hour closing is below the Pivot of 5255NS. SL for Shorts intraday - Close above 5260NS

Longs terminated at 5255 NF and Shorts initiated at the same level.

Loss in Longs - 5280NF - 5255NF = 35 Points.

The Day Lema is at 5220NS. NS likely to get intraday bounce from this level upto pivot. More shorts can be added at higher levels.

Intraday Update 1.00 PM:

Current NS Low is 5205 and NF is 5223. breakdown of this is a channel breakdown!!. Will it breakdown or gain intraday support and bounce back ???

Intraday update 2.30PM:

NF found support at 5225 levels bounced back upto 5270 levels. Now a fast fall has developed invalid above 5280.  Added shorts at 5240NS/5270NF with SL same as 5260NS.

Intraday Update 3.15PM:

Nifty seems to be shuttling between the Day Hema and Lema. 3.00PM close is just at 5260. Currently today's close seems to be above the 5260 NS which is above the today's developing pivot. But the Day Hema is not taken out and close will be below the Day Hema of 5286 which also happens to be the week Pivot. So taking these factors into considerations the Shorts are held positionally.
